Referrals Policy

Referral Program. If you are a member of the ReallyWho.com Referral program (Referral Program) in good standing, we will share a portion of collected revenue with you under the following terms.

Terms and Conditions. All actions related to the Referral Program must be in compliance with the ReallyWho.com Terms of Use, Privacy and Sales Policies, plus these additional Referral Program terms.

Participation. Your participation in the Referral Program is strictly at our sole discretion and can be denied or terminated without notice or explanation at any time for any reason.

Program Requirements. You must be 18 years old or older to participate in the Referral Program.  You must have an active ReallyWho.com account and be identity verified using your real legal name and location. You can have only one (1) Referral Program account.

Relationship. No agency, contractor, partner or employment relationship is created by this Referral Program.

Referral. The individual referred person (Referral) must sign up for ReallyWho.com identity verification service for the first time within fifteen (15) days of coming to ReallyWho.com using your Personal Referral Link, be successfully identity verified using their real legal name and location by ReallyWho.com, comply with the ReallyWho.com Terms of Use and Policies, pay the required ReallyWho.com Service Fee and stay signed up with ReallyWho.com for thirty (30) continuous days or more before any Referral Award is earned.

Referral Award. We will pay a one-time Referral Award in US dollars for each Referral to ReallyWho.com in an amount that is indicated on your Earnings section of your ReallyWho.com Account. This amount is subject to change without notice and such changes shall apply to any Referral Award payments not yet made. Any Referral Award payments made in error or made under conditions not complying with the Referral Program policies can be recovered from any other Referral Awards not yet paid.

Minimum Payments. Payments of the Referral Award will be issued in minimum increments of 10 Referrals or $5 USD, whichever is larger (Minimum Payment). Referral Awards not meeting the Minimum Payments will be retained in your account and will be paid only upon reaching the Minimum Payment or closing your account. Payments that reach the Minimum Payment level will be made within 48 business hours of reaching that level.

Payment Account. A PayPal personal account is required to receive the Referral Award. Payments will only be made to a personal PayPal account. Once we issue the instruction to credit your PayPal account, all other aspects of the payment process shall be governed by the PayPal Terms of Use.

Non-Transferability. Referrals and any rights to the Referral Program account or its earnings are not transferable and may not be sold or traded for valuable consideration.

Taxes and Withholdings. We will hold any Referral Award payment that would cause total payments to exceed five hundred ($500) USD in any one calendar year until an IRS W-9 Form, or equivalent as designated by the IRS, is filed with us for taxes (as required by law). If this form is not filed within one year of reaching the $500 limit, the funds may be removed from your account and managed as required by law. You are responsible for all taxes, charges, levies and assessments by any and all governmental authorities and agencies.

No Spam. There must be no spamming regarding the Referral Program. ReallyWho.com shall solely determine what constitutes spam, and at a minimum, such activities must comply with the US CANSPAM Act.

No Robots Program. No robot or automated programs may be used to recruit or contact Referrals.

No Multilevel Relationships. No multilevel relationships, pyramid schemes, brokering or distributor relationships are allowed. You can only earn Referral Awards from your direct Referrals.

Limits on Advertising and Promotion. You may not use advertising or promotion of the Referral Program as an end in itself to make money. Do not make statements such as, "Get rich quick at ReallyWho.com”. You may say, “ReallyWho.com offers a revenue share for referrals”. When in doubt, check with ReallyWho.com Service first.

Tracking Requirement. We track Referrals by browser tracking of those who come to ReallyWho.com using your unique Referral Program URL and then sign up within 15 days of their first visit. If a Referral uses more than one Personal Link URL, the Referral Award with be paid to the Referral whose Referral Link URL was used first, everything else being equal regarding compliance with these Terms. Since you can only receive credit for Referrals who come to ReallyWho.com using your unique Referral Link URL, make sure you use your Referral Link URL in your Tweets, messages, blogs, posts and website links.

Trademarks and Logos. You are only permitted to use ReallyWho.com trademarks, images and logos by using the widget markup (HTML code) available through your Referral Program account.
