Sales Policy
This Sales Policy covers the sale by Best Thinking, Inc. (we, us or our) of the service provided at the ReallyWho.com website. This Sales Policy incorporates by reference the Terms of Use.
Payment, Cancellation and Refunds
The ReallyWho.com identity verification service (Service) is an annual subscription payable at the start of the Service. The Service costs five U.S. dollars ($5) per year (Service Fee).
The Service starts when you successfully answer the identity questions and your identity has been verified for the first time.
The Service may be cancelled by you at any time without penalty or obligation and does not automatically renew without your specific authorization.
A refund of the full Service Fee is available if you cancel your Service within fifteen (15) calendar days of the start of the Service, based on U.S. eastern times and dates. We issue the refund instruction to your credit card or PayPal account payment processor typically within two (2) business days of the cancellation of the Website account that occurs during the eligible refund period.
The Service does not restart, and you are not charged an additional Service Fee, in the event you are requested to re-verify your identity.
There is no Service Fee if we are unable to verify your identity when you first set up an account and attempt to start the Service.
If your initial identity verification fails, your Service account will not be cancelled for three (3) days to allow you to retry identity verification or contact Customer Service. During this time a pre-authorization amount equal to the Service Fee may be on your credit card or PayPal account, but there should be no actual charge until your identity is verified. In the event the charge is processed, we will issue a refund request of the Service Fee to your credit card or PayPal account. While you will have a Service account during this time and will be able to login and set up your Profile, the Service will not otherwise function and your Profile will not be visible to the public until your identity has been verified and Service Fee paid.
Any information, pictures, graphics, Profile URL, etc., entered or uploaded in setting up your Service account and Profile may be lost once an account is cancelled and may not be available from us if you re-establish a new Service account and Profile.
Refunds are only made for prepaid amounts we actually receive. If we did not receive your prepaid payment for any reason, there is no refund.
Other Terms
Payments and credits are processed by PayPal, who serves both as our credit card processor and provider of the PayPal payment service. Payments and credits are ultimately handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of your credit card or PayPal account.
We reserve the right at our sole discretion not to provide the Service, re-activate accounts or accept new registrations where there are repeated cancellations and refunds, non-compliance with Terms or indicators of fraud.
All applicable sales and use taxes are your responsibility and are not included in the price quoted for the Service.
